At Ecobox India, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product

Note: Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized/custom products, and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Include the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we’ll provide you with return shipping instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at ecoboxin@gmail.com.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
